The East Baton Rouge Parish district attorney says he will not be pursuing charges against a deputy who shot and killed a man in November of last year.
Hillar Moore has concluded the deputy was "legally justified" in shooting murder suspect Terrel Walker.
The deputy opened fire eleven times after seeing a flash from Walker's direction while pursuing him on foot near I-10 and Bluebonnet. Walker suffered five gunshot wounds.
