WBRZ: EBR DA Unveils Findings In Officer-Involved Shooting (VIDEO)

From WBRZ News 2:

In November 2016, investigators say Walker shot and killed his girlfriend, 30-year-old April Peck at the intersection of United Plaza Blvd and Essen Lane. Walker then opened fire on a crowd of people trying to help the injured Peck, hitting Daniel Wesley, a then-17-year-old EMT in training.

According to Wesley's mother, Walker would then threaten Wesley saying "If you help her, I'm going to kill you."

Wesley would survive the shooting after being hit twice, and run over by a vehicle.

During an hours long manhunt after the shooting, Walker was killed by deputies with The East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office.
