A man accused of keeping child porn on his home computer has a very bizarre legal defense strategy.
The 45-year-old Canadian man was caught with child pornography but he told the judge it's a-okay because he's an 8-year-old girl.
Joseph Gobrick is facing up to 20 years in prison, but he told a judge in Michigan that his First Amendment rights should allow him to view child porn on his computer.
He also claims being an 8-year-old girl should prevent him from facing legal ramifications.
Joseph told the judge, "I’ve always been an 8-year-old girl, and even in my drawings and fantasies I’m always an 8-year-old girl."
Shockingly, the judge did not agree with his argument that he's immune to child porn laws because he himself is an 8-yr-old girl so Joseph instead tried to make the argument that the prosecutor and law enforcement officers involved in the case were behaving like Nazis.
Joseph said, "Under the law, Auschwitz was legal. What you’re doing here is wrong, just as Auschwitz was."
Laugh all you want, but this guy is just 5 or 10 years away from society accepting his 8-yr-old girl argument.
