Zachary city officials are looking for new tenants to move into a couple of vacant downtown landmarks.
The old town hall and train depot are nearly a century old, but have been vacant in recent years. Officials believe new businesses in the old buildings could help bring new life to the downtown area.
They say a revitalization of the downtown retail and restaurant scene would give local residents a reason to shop in Zachary instead of spending their money elsewhere.
