A man faces charges after throwing objects into a crowd from an eighth-floor window of the federal courthouse last Friday.
New Orleans police responded around 5:30 p.m. to the Hale Boggs Federal Building on Poydras Street.
Courthouse security reported Dwight Armbrus had closed himself into an office on the eighth floor. Witnesses say Armbrus claimed to be Jesus and tossed objects into the crowd on the sidewalk.
He's charged with criminal property damage. U.S. Marshals say he was in a Small Business Administration office.
