A Brusly business owner is accused of selling vapes and alcohol to underage customers.

Investigators say they got a complaint last month that Ramez Smoke Shop on North Vaughan Drive had sold alcohol to a minor.

The Brusly Police Department put the store under surveillance on April 2 and reportedly saw minors buying vapes and alcohol.

Officers arrested the owner for unlawful sale of vape products and alcohol to a minor. He bonded out about a week later. His name hasn't been released.

Officials with Louisiana Alcohol and Tobacco Control revoked the shop's alcohol and tobacco licenses.
