Gun, Weed & Alligator Seized In Carnival Bust

Mardi Gras in New Orleans brings out some strange sights.

A man was arrested Saturday for carrying a live alligator through the crowds on Bourbon Street.

He was stopped by Fish and Wildlife crews, who were working security in the French Quarter.

They say that Eurell Johnson is a convicted felon. In addition to the four-foot gator, he was also packing a gun and marijuana.

The pet reptile has reportedly been returned to the wild.
