The owner a safari park in East Feliciana Parish is awaiting extradition from Texas after his arrest for felony theft.
Gabe Ligon announced earlier this month that he was selling Magnolia Wilds.
Another wildlife park in Grant Parish says they bought some of Ligon's exotic animals, but didn't receive them all.
They also claim he owes them more than $93,000 because he didn't complete some work they paid him for.
Ligon was arrested last Friday at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
