A suspect is in custody and accused of participating in a deadly shooting on Christmas Day in East Baton Rouge Parish.
Dorien Johnson is charged with second-degree murder.
Deputies say Johnson was one of three suspects who bailed out of a car and shot the victim in a parking lot on Morgan Road near Empress Drive in the Greenwell Springs area.
The victim died several days later in the hospital. His name hasn't been released.
No word yet about the status of the other two suspects.
