A St. George man is accused of deliberately setting his house on fire for insurance purposes.
Firefighters responded around 4 a.m. on August 11 to the burning home on Pecue Lane near Highland Road.
An investigation reportedly revealed Stan Granier set fire to the home in order to get insurance money. Granier was arrested on Tuesday for aggravated arson and arson with intent to defraud.
