Two Arrested After Deadly Shooting In Livingston Parish

Two suspects are in custody and accused of a deadly shooting at the Doyle High School baseball field in Livingston Parish.

Police responded to a report of a person shot in a car on Red Oak Road Friday evening.

They found Evan Lynch with a gunshot wound to the chest. He died at a hospital.

Police arrested the driver, Brandon Soileau, and picked up Caleb Rowley the next day as a suspected accomplice.

Soileau and Rowley are both charged with murder, burglary, obstruction of justice, and tampering with surveillance.
