The Green Wave are losing a member of their quarterback room to the transfer portal.
Tulane QB TJ Finley is in the portal again after being suspended earlier this month pending the outcome of a legal case.
Finley has spent time at five FBS programs during his collegiate career.
The Green Wave added former Iowa quarterback Brendan Sullivan from the portal last week.
