Body Found In Mississippi River ID'd As Dallas Man

Officials are identifying a man whose body was found in the Mississippi River on April 1.

The East Baton Rouge Parish Coroner's Office says the man is 24-year-old Adrien Ramirez of Dallas, Texas.

Ramirez's body was found in the river near the USS Kidd Museum and the planetarium.

The coroner is still investigating his cause of death. It's not known how he ended up in the river.
