Suspect Arrested In Hazing Death Of Southern University Student

A suspect is reportedly in custody for the death of Southern University student Caleb Wilson.

Officers arrested Caleb McCray on Thursday for manslaughter and criminal hazing.

McCray is a graduate of Southern University and a member of the Omega Psi Phi fraternity.

Wilson died last week after being punched in the chest during an unsanctioned off-campus fraternity ritual.

Manslaughter carries a sentence of up to 40 years in prison.
