A 15-year-old student at Woodlawn High School faces charges after he reportedly took a gun to the campus on Thursday.
Acting on a tip from another student, school officials notified East Baton Rouge deputies, who found the teen with the loaded gun.
He reportedly told them he'd forgotten he had the gun on him when he went to school.
Deputies arrested the student for illegally carrying a gun in a gun-free zone, illegal possession of a stolen gun, and illegal possession of a handgun by a juvenile.
