Early voting in Louisiana for next month's election may break the record set during the 2020 presidential contest.

Nearly 350,000 people have cast ballots since early voting started last Friday. The Secretary of State's Office says that's up a bit more than ten percent from the 315,000 who had voted by this time in 2020.

Early voting ends next Tuesday. Polling places are open from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Sample ballots and a list of early voting sites are available at the Secretary of State's website.
