Charges have been upgraded against a TikTok influencer, accused of killing a popular Louisiana therapist.

Terryon Thomas will be tried for first degree murder. That puts the death penalty on the table.

The 20-year old, who goes by Mr. Prada on social media, allegedly beat Nick Abraham to death, wrapped his corpse in a tarp and dumped him on the side of the highway.

A judge denied bail in the case on Tuesday.

Thomas will be represented by the public defender's office.
