Former LSU football coach Les Miles' lawsuit against the school and the NCAA is being moved from federal to state court.
The lawsuit is over the decision to vacate 37 of his teams' wins from 2012-to-2025 while he was leading the football program at LSU.
No reason was given for Miles' decision to dismiss the federal suit and sue in state court instead.
The 70-year-old initially sued in June, alleging that LSU never gave him a chance to be heard before they altered his career record.
Miles has been disqualified from consideration for the College Football Hall of Fame due to the victories being vacated.
