Louisiana Voter Registration Week is in progress, and a series of voter registration events are happening in East Baton Rouge Parish.
The East Baton Rouge Registrar of Voters Office is hosting the events, which started on Monday and will continue until Friday.
Registration events take place today at the Carver Branch Library, the Delmont Gardens Branch Library, and the Main Library. All the events are scheduled for 1 to 6 p.m.
Anybody who wants to register to vote must bring a valid ID that establishes name, age, and residency.
