On the heels of Hurricane Debby, the Louisiana Red Cross is sending volunteers into the storm-damaged areas of the Southeast.
Six volunteers were sent to Georgia and three more headed for Florida, where Debby killed at least four people, including a 13-year-old boy.
Louisiana Red Cross CEO Kenneth St. Charles says the volunteers took food and water in three emergency response vehicles.
More volunteers are expected to move out this week.
