The Saints are expected to have a few previously injured star players on the practice field to begin camp at UC Irvine.
New Orleans coach Dennis Allen said that wide receiver Chris Olave and defensive end Chase Young will both participate in practice today.
Olave was placed on the active/non-football injury list last week due to a shoulder injury, while Young is recovering from an offseason neck procedure.
Allen also said that running back Alvin Kamara is expected to practice with the team today.
Kamara had 694 rushing yards, 466 receiving yards and six total touchdowns last season.
