One Of Two Finalists For EBR Schools Superintendent Withdraws Name

One of the two remaining finalists for the position of East Baton Rouge Parish Superintendent of Schools is withdrawing his name from consideration.

Kevin George says he's decided to stay with the LSU Lab School.

George's decision comes after last Thursday's contentious board meeting ended in a second delay in selecting the new superintendent.

The one remaining finalist is Andrea Zayas, formerly with the Boston School System.
