The Pelicans are adding to their frontcourt.
According to ESPN, New Orleans is signing veteran center Daniel Theis to a one-year contract.
The 31-year-old played in 59 games with the Los Angeles Clippers after reaching a buyout on his deal with the Indiana Pacers last season. He averaged 6.3 points and 4.1 rebounds per game with the Clippers.
Theis is set to play with Germany in the upcoming 2024 Summer Olympics.
