There are now only two finalists for the position of superintendent of East Baton Rouge Parish Schools after the third backed out.

Krish Mohip withdrew his name from consideration, leaving Kevin George and Andrea Zayas in the running.

George is the director of the University Laboratory School at LSU, and Zayas most recently was the executive director of a teacher training program in Boston.

A superintendent search panel will interview the remaining candidates today at the Professional Development Center.
