Former LSU football coach Les Miles is suing the school.

He's upset over a decision to vacate 37 victories as part of a deal with the NCAA over an investigation into improper payments to a former player.

That drops his winning percentage under 60 percent, which makes him ineligible for the College Football Hall of Fame.

The lawsuit, filed in New Orleans federal court, suggests the school should have done more to fight for those wins.
