This year's session of the Louisiana legislature is at an end, and Gov. Landry's requested call for a constitutional convention didn't happen.

Landry got most of the other items on his wish list for this session, including pay stipends for teachers.

Landry may call a special session in the weeks ahead for a constitutional convention.

In order to place it on the November ballot, he'll have to call the special session as soon he can.

It may reportedly happen in August.
