State health and emergency officials are reading the riot act to officials in Killian over the condition of the city's water supply.
The Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness and the state Health Department noted on Tuesday that the Killian Water System had failed to provide an adequate water system for its residents.
The state health officer may fine the system $333 a day until it gets its act together.
