The LSU gymnastics team is back in Baton Rouge to a heroine's welcome.
The Lady Tigers won their first national championship in program history on Saturday afternoon in Fort Worth. The 2024 NCAA champs arrived back in town on Sunday to be welcomed home by fans.
The team hosted a reception at the LSU Gymnastics Training Facility and Championship Plaza at 12:30 p.m.
LSU beat the California Golden Bears, the Utah Utes, and the Florida Gators to take the title.
