By order of a federal judge, a criminal case against a Baton Rouge rapper is now on pause.

YoungBoy Never Broke Again, whose real name is Kentrell Gaulden, was arrested for reportedly being caught with two guns during the shooting of a music video in 2020.

He was indicted for being a convicted felon possessing firearms.

His defense team claims that the law is unconstitutional.

The U.S. Supreme Court is preparing to issue a ruling on Second Amendment rights this spring, and their decision could affect YoungBoy's case.
