United Airlines are adding direct flights to and from Baton Rouge as part of a large expansion ahead of the college football season.
Flights for LSU away games against Florida State University, Ole Miss, Auburn and Alabama will be available for fans.
United will also fly University of Arkansas fans to Baton Rouge when the Razorbacks face the Tigers in Death Valley.
Officials say there are 127 new direct flights in total across the country and United is planning on using large planes to make more seats available.
"We're committed to providing a best-in-class travel experience for our customers, whether they're traveling around the globe, or flying to see their favorite college football team play," said Patrick Quayle, Senior Vice President of Global Network Planning and Alliances for United Airlines. "We're pleased to deliver a schedule this season that makes it easy for fans to come together and support their teams on the road."
