Several of the candidates for Louisiana governor are discussing their plans for the state's energy industry if they're elected.
Five candidates showed up on Wednesday for a forum hosted by the Grow Louisiana Coalition.
Republicans Sharon Hewitt, Richard Nelson, and Stephen Waguespack took the opportunity to speak to people in the oil and gas industry, joined by Democrat Dr. Shawn Wilson and Independent Hunter Lundy.
The candidates took questions about jobs, education, the economy, and energy independence.
