The Supreme Court will not step in to stop the execution of Louisiana death row inmate David Brown.
Brown asked the justices to decide whether prosecutors broke the rules by not turning over evidence that he thinks could have helped his case.
He was convicted of killing a jailer during an attempted escape involving five other inmates.
