Authorities in Baton Rouge are announcing new charges in the disappearance and death of a Georgia man last month.
Police say 45-year-old Derrick Perkins is accused of wrapping Nathan Millard's body and putting it in his vehicle before disposing of it several days later.
Investigators said Millard suffered an accidental drug overdose after being introduced to Perkins during his trip to Baton Rouge.
While Perkins has been charged with unlawfully disposing of Millard's body, he has not been charged with causing his death.
