A man that Baton Rouge police said they wanted to talk to in connection to the Nathan Millard case was arrested overnight.
Authorities say 45-year-old Derrick Perkins is in custody on charges that are not related to Millard's disappearance and death.
Millard, a Georgia man that was in Baton Rouge on a business trip, was found dead inside of a wrapped rug earlier this month.
Investigators do not suspect foul play in Millard's death but they are looking to see who moved his body after he died.
