Officials say this week's Internet connectivity problems at LSU are not related to cyberthreats.
LSU's IT Services said on Tuesday that they'd found no evidence of a cybersecurity or ransomware involvement in the Internet problems they'd been dealing with for the previous 24 hours.
They say there's no indication that anyone's personal information had been compromised, so it's safe to log into myLSU, Moodle, and the rest of the LSU network.
The trouble started on Monday and had been cleared up by that evening.
