A bus driver accused last week of smoking pot with students on board no longer works for the East Baton Rouge Parish School District.
District officials confirmed on Thursday that an internal investigation had found no proof of the claims, but the driver is no longer employed by the school system.
Officials say they're getting the police involved for more investigation.
They declined to say whether the driver had been tested for drugs.
The driver's name hasn't been released.
