Police are investigating acts of vandalism at a cemetery in Denham Springs.
Investigators say about 40 graves were damaged sometime over the weekend at the Denham Springs Memorial Cemetery on Range Avenue near Judy Street.
Headstones and urns were either damaged or missing, and headstones were overturned.
Crews from a local funeral home are expected to start making repairs to gravesites today, free of charge.
