Baton Rouge police officials say more arrests could be coming after another bout of street racing over the weekend.

Police responded around 1:30 a.m. Sunday to a call about people doing car stunts on Siegen Lane. Officers issued citations and towed at least one car.

The Baton Rouge Metro Council months ago approved stiffer penalties for stunt drivers and spectators on public roads.

The public demanded action after a Garth Brooks concert on April 30 when stunt drivers closed down College Drive.
