The family of former Saints player Glenn Foster Jr. is suing the funeral home that handled his body after his death.
Foster died in police custody, in the back of a police cruiser in Alabama on December 6, 2021.
Renowned attorney Ben Crump announced the suit on behalf of the Foster family today.
Crump says the suit is about finding answers in connection to the death of Mr. Foster.
