Tulane football coach Willie Fritz is downplaying reports he could be leaving the program.
During a press conference this morning, Fritz said he is focused on the upcoming AAC title game against UCF, and is "extremely proud" to be coaching the Green Wave.
Fritz made the statement in response to questions about a report that has been offered the head coaching job at Georgia Tech.
Fritz said he talked to the team about the rumor, but they are looking forward to the game.
