The son of a Louisiana football legend is in custody for a fatal hit-and-run in Baton Rouge last weekend.
Police say Walter Brister, 21, has been arrested in connection to the death of Jude Jarreau, 44.
Authorities said Jarreau was crossing the street on Ben Hur Road early Sunday morning when he was struck by an SUV.
Brister is the son of former NFL player Bubby Brister.
