Landry: Louisiana Abortion Trigger Law Suit Not Properly Transferred

Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry believes a lawsuit over the state's trigger law hasn't been properly transferred from one court to another.

He filed documents in East Baton Rouge Parish today saying a judge should wait before issuing any sort of action.

A temporary restraining order on the trigger law was dissolved last week after an Orleans Parish judge said she didn't have jurisdiction.
