Louisiana State Police Colonel Lamar Davis is avoiding a speeding ticket despite being caught going 90 on the Atchafalaya Basin Bridge.
The state trooper stopped Davis last week.
There's body and dash camera footage of the stop, but it appears the trooper turns off the body cam as he approaches Davis's vehicle.
Davis tells WBRZ-TV in Baton Rouge what he did was wrong and he needs to practice driving safety.
