Louisiana's abortion ban is back on.
A judge dissolved a temporary restraining order this afternoon with the case transferred from New Orleans to Baton Rouge.
The Baton Rouge judge could re-issue the TRO which would keep three abortion clinics in the state open.
Louisiana had a so-called trigger law on the books that would ban abortion statewide once Roe v. Wade was over-turned by the U.S. Supreme Court.
