The Baton Rouge Police Department is reporting progress in their crackdown on illegal street racing.
BRPD said on Tuesday officers issued 56 traffic tickets on Saturday, seized six guns, and arrested 22 suspects.
Three of the guns were stolen.
Two of the people arrested were fugitives and another nine were felons.
Baton Rouge police said they'll continue to have planned operations to keep street illegal street racing and stunt driving out of the city limits.
