A popular water attraction opens today following delays caused by staff shortages.
The Blue Bayou Water Park and the Dixie Landin' Theme Park, on Highland Road at I-10 in Baton Rouge, will open this morning.
The parks will be open every day until August 7. Afterward, they'll only be open on Saturdays and Sundays, and on Labor Day.
Tickets are available at the gate.
