A Baton Rouge woman is this year's Ms. Wheelchair Louisiana.
Elizabeth Nealy Morgan was surrounded by relatives when she was crowned on Sunday.
The honor is hosted by the Louisiana Chapter of the United Spinal Association and the Brain Injury Association of Louisiana.
In the year ahead, Morgan will participate in speaking engagements, radio and TV interviews, and other public appearances, speaking up for people with disabilities.
