Raising Cane's downtown Baton Rouge restaurant is going to close.

The Baton Rouge-based chicken restaurant says a lease dispute is to blame for the decision.

The building's owner tells The Advocate he wishes the Raising Cane's had stayed and noted he still has a good relationship with company executives.

Raising Cane's has been planning a major expansion in the U.S. this year.
