No Plans For Baton Rouge Mask Mandate After New Orleans Reinstates Theirs

There will be no mask mandate in Baton Rouge or East Baton Rouge Parish.

Mayor-President Sharon Weston Broome's office says people should cover their faces and get the COVID vaccine and booster.

Broome's office also says a new mask mandate is always an option but depends on discussions with local hospitals and healthcare providers.
