A nine-year-old boy is suspended from school for three-days after he refused to wear a mask in his fourth-grade classroom.
When classes resumed at the LSU Lab School on Tuesday, school officials warned that masks were required in the classroom.
The school notified Kyle Robichaux on Tuesday that his son had been suspended for refusing to mask up.
Robichaux says it's "buffoonish" for masks to be mandated in class while 12,000 fans attended an LSU basketball game at PMAC on Tuesday with no masks required.
